Marketing Design Lead

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Design Lead to join our marketing team and grow our design practice. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our brand's visual identity, including brand guidelines, creative direction, and content production. You will also manage and collaborate with freelance designers/contractors/agencies to ensure that everything we create is high quality, accessible, and on-brand.
