VP of Finance

As our Vice President of Finance, you will lead our Finance team and work with leadership to maximize our pace, understand and improve our business economics. Initially, this role will be a hands-on individual contributor/leadership role. You’ll play a critical role in working with the leadership team to develop short and long-term strategic plans and translate those into measurable financial objectives. You’ll own partnering with management to define and track KPIs, business analytics, and modeling to inform company strategy and capital allocation. Key KPIs are around SaaS unit economics and expense optimization.

You'll play a key role in helping us partner with the right investors for our company and to help secure sufficient equity and/or debt financing. The scale and scope of our aspirations will require substantial financial resources to execute. While not an immediate focus because of the finance operations already in place, it will become increasingly important to scale our Finance and Accounting operations as we grow.
