As the Sr. Manager of Sales Development, you'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales pipeline goals by leading a growing Sales Development organization. You will own the strategy for multiple remote outbound SDR teams. Focused on the activities that yield exceptional results, you will identify opportunities to improve processes and performance while enabling front-line managers to stay focused on coaching their teams. You will frequently collaborate outside your function with Inside Sales, Inbound, Sales Leadership, Finance, Operations, DataOps, and Marketing as you steer the Outbound SDR organization to success.
